Read the competition rules and sent us your cartoons before the 11th of January 2019.
After registration you will get a confirmation mail. After your confirmation you can upload your works, if all your definitive cartoons are uploaded you click on ok and send us the works.
You can see on our website if we received your works in good order. If not just give us a sign.
